摘要
建立快速、简便的检测食品中的丙酸及其盐类含量的气相色谱法。采用DB-FFAP毛细管色谱柱对丙酸进行分离,氢火焰离子化检测器检测。参照国标GB 5009.120-2016《食品安全国家标准.食品中丙酸钠、丙酸钙的测定》前处理方法,并对样品的前处理做一定的探讨。该方法丙酸的质量浓度在49.88-299.27 mg/L范围内与峰面积呈线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999。样品的加标回收率为86.3%-93.0%,最低检出限为0.02 g/kg。该方法经优化条件,具有快速、简便,准确度和灵敏度高等特点,适用于食品中丙酸及其盐类质量浓度的检测。
To establish a swift and convenient method for the determination of propionate acid and its salts by gas chromatography(GC).DB-FFAP capillary chromatographic column was chosen as the separation column,and hydrogen FID was adopted for determination of propionate acid.Some researches on the sample pretreatment were developed by reference to national standard methods.The results showed that linear relationship between values of peak and mass concentration of propionate acid was kept in the range of49.88-299.27mg/L with a correlation coefficient of0.999.The average recoveries ranged from86.3to93.0%,and detection limit was0.02g/kg.This method by optimization condition is swift,convenient,high sensitivity and accurate,thus it is suitable for determination of propionate acid and its salts in food.
