摘要
利用电导率仪及硬度计检测6A01、6005A、7B05等合金多个炉次铸锭均匀化后的导电率及硬度值,并用金相显微镜、扫描电镜对铸锭均匀化后组织进行检测、验证、对比分析。试验数据结果表明:用导电率、硬度、金相及扫描分析评价铝合金铸锭均匀化效果,其检测值之间存在较好的相关性。考虑企业生产的连续性及可操作性,选择硬度检测方法定量评价铝合金铸锭均匀化效果,并制定出现场检测标准。
The conductivity and hardness values after homogenization of multiple furnaces alloy ingots,such as6A01,6005A,7B05were tested using conductivity meter and hardness tester.And the means of optical microscopy and SEM were used for detecting andverifying the microstructure observation.The data results show that there is a good correlation between the conductivity,hardness val?ues and microstructure,SEM organization about homogenizing evaluation of aluminum alloy ingot.Considering the continuity of en?terprise production and operability,we select the hardness measurement for evaluating the effect of aluminum ingot homogenizationquantitatively,and develop on-site testing standards.
