摘要
虚拟车间模型的构建过程中需在工厂采集大量的数据信息作为输入,在规划阶段容易出现数据疏漏、条理不清等情况。通过查阅资料和前期研究,本文使用工作结构分解(WBS)结合分层网络计划技术自顶向下地分解出虚拟车间模型,构建所需信息单元并分析各单元之间的逻辑关系,对收集的资料进行分类管理,得到了科学的调研计划。以该计划作为指导在实地车间进行调研,完成了数据的收集分类管理工作,并以三维工厂建模为例,验证了方法的可行性。
The process of building virtual workshop model needs to collect large amounts of data as input in thefactories,being prone to data errors and disordered situation in the planning stage.Through information check andpreliminary study,this article uses the WBS based hierarchical network planning technology to decompose thevirtual workshop module from the top down,to build necessary information elements and analyze the logicalrelationships between the each unit,and to carry out the classification management of collected data,and finallydevelops a scientific research plan.By using this plan as a guide for research in a workshop,this paper completedthe collection and classification management of data,and verified the feasibility of the method by taking thethree-dimensional factory modeling as an example.
