浅谈高校学生工作课程化

The Curriculumization of Higher College Students’ Work

为解决新时期高校学生工作出现的新情况和存在的新问题，高校学生工作课程化具有现实的必要性。高校学生工作课程化，是促进大学生全面发展的需要，是高校学生工作转型提质的需要，是加强高校学生工作队伍建设的需要，是完善高校学生工作评价体系的需要。从符合政策要求，拥有良好的基础，具备实施的时间和师资条件等方面而言，高校学生工作课程化也具有可行性。本文还创造性地提出了高校学生工作课程化体系的构建，并指出高校学生工作课程化应遵循的原则。

In order to solve the new problems existing and cope with the new situation occurring in the students’work at higher colleges and universities in the new period,it is really necessary to achieve the curriculumization ofcollege students’work,which is the needs of promoting integrated development of college students,transformingand quality-raising of college students’work,strengthening the team construction of college students,andperfecting the assessment system of higher college students’work.In terms of meeting the requirements of thepolicy,possessing the good foundation,and having the implementing time and teachers,etc.,it is also feasible toachieve the curriculumization of higher college students’work.This paper also creatively puts forward thecurriculumization system construction of college students’work,pointing out its principles that should be abided by.
