为了培养适应社会的应用技术、技能型人才，本文在介绍班级导师理论背景基础上从班级导师以爱心、责任心为基础，对学生全程思想教育，全方位进行指导。引导学生了解、认识、热爱专业，引导其树立正确的三观，指导学生选课，做学生的良师益友，同时，就深化就业创业指导效果，关心学生全面成长，强化班级导师在学生就业中的作用等方面进行了全面阐述。

To cultivate socially adaptable talents with applied technology or skills,this paper introduces how classtutors give the ideological education and directions to the students in the whole process and from all aspects on thebasis of love and responsibility,and how they lead the students to understand,know about and love their major.Heor she is either a mentor or a friend of the students by instructing them to select courses and establishing correctworldview,view of life,and values.Meanwhile,the paper also comprehensively expounds different roles class tutorsplay in deepening the guiding effect on the students’employment and entrepreneurship,caring the overall growthof students,and strengthening the leadership function of tutors in students’employment.
