摘要
为了提高学生对常用机械的认知度和学习兴趣,利用三维设计软件SolidWorks设计了一个基于港口起重机的双摇杆机构+曲柄摇杆机构的科普展示机构,将日常生活中的机械模型化,以便于实现机械的互动演示。利用SolidWorks自带的分析模块对该机构进行了运动仿真分析和静应力分析,得到了机构特征点的运动轨迹、速度曲线、加速度曲线和机构的应力云图、应变云图、位移云图、安全系数云图,验证了该科普展示机构设计的正确性。
In order to improve the students'awareness and interests of commonly-used machinery,a popularscience display mechanism with double rocker mechanism and crank rocker mechanism based on port crane wasdesigned by using3D design software SolidWorks.It can fulfill the modeling of the commonly used machinery,so asto realize the interactive display of machinery.The motion simulation analysis and static stress analysis of themechanism were carried out by using the analysis module provided by the software SolidWorksm,and thus themovement trajectory,velocity curve and acceleration curve of the characteristic point were obtained,as well as thestress nephogram,the strain nephogram,the displacement nephogram,and the safety factor nephogram,whichverified the correctness of the design of the popular science display mechanism.
