摘要
阐述了FDM工艺过程中,相关基础参数的含义、内容及设置方法。对比分析了3D打印材料、喷头与底板距离、切片厚度等不同要素对打印产品质量的影响。提出根据具体产品的特点选择合理的参数设置,不但可以有效提高打印效率,而且有利于提升产品的质量。
This paper discusses the meaning,contents and setting method of the relevant basic parameters in FDMprocess,analyzes the influence of different elements such as3D printing material,distance between nozzle andbottom plate,and the slice thickness on the quality of the printed products,and proposes that reasonable settingparameters should be decided according to the specific characteristics of the products,so that we can not onlyeffectively improve the printing efficiency,but also improve the quality of the products.
