提高认识实习质量的措施

On the Countermeasures to Raise the Awareness of the Internship Quality

对高端技术技能型本科材料成型与控制工程专业（焊接技术方向）认识实习的内容做出简要介绍，针对存在问题提出通过教师预实习、制定完善的实习指导文件、学生预实习、改变指导方式、改革考核方式等措施来提高认识实习的质量与效果。

This paper briefly introduces the contents of the cognition practice that the bachelor students,majoringin high-end technologies and skills in material forming and control engineering with a minor of welding technology,will take part in,and according to the existing problems,puts forward a lot of measures such as the internship policypaper perfectly made through teachers’pre-internship,students’pre-internship,changing the ways of guidance,and reforming the assessment methods,to improve the quality and effects of the cognition practice.
