基于“钻石模型”的鄢陵县花木产业竞争力研究

Competitiveness of Flower and Plant Industry in Yanling County Based on the Diamond Model

以"钻石模型"为基础,采用文献资料法、定性分析法、逻辑归纳法等研究方法,从影响鄢陵县花木产业竞争力的生产要素、需求条件、相关产业和辅助产业、企业战略结构、同业竞争和政府及机遇6个因素进行分析,提出了创造高级花木生产要素;深入了解市场需求,加快信息网络建设;发挥产业优势,延长产业链条;加强政府职能,完善政策法规等提升鄢陵县花木产业竞争力的建议,对鄢陵县实现以第一产业的发展推动第二、三产业进步,推进农业现代化、新型工业化、新型城镇化协调发展有着重要意义.

Based on the Diamond Model,this paper constructs the Diamond Model of the flower and plant industryin Yanling county.With the methods of literature,qualitative analysis and logical induction,this paper analyzes thefactors that effects the competitiveness of the flower and plant industry in Yanling county,which includes productiveelements,demand conditions,related and supporting industries,business strategies,structures and competitive ways,government and opportunities.Besides,this paper puts forward pieces of advices,for example,creating advancedproductive elements,exerting the advantage of industry and extending the production chain,strengthening thefunction of local government and perfecting related policies and rules,which can improve the competitiveness,promote industrial upgrading,and keep sustainable and healthy development of flower and plant industry in YanlingCounty in the future.Furthermore,it may have significant implications for Yanling to push secondary industry andtertiary industry forward by means of the development of primary industry,and to coordinate development ofagricultural modernization,new industrialization and urbanization.
