生鲜农产品供应链内在矛盾及其优化途径

On the Internal Contradictions in the Supply Chain of Fresh Agricultural Products and Its Optimization Approach

生鲜农产品供应链内含着由生产者和消费者分离、生产地与消费地分离、供给时间与消费时间错位、供给模式与购买模式不同所派生的一系列矛盾与问题。针对这些矛盾与问题,结合对生鲜农产品的现实需求状况、生产状况及生鲜农产品供应链建设现实基础、财力条件的分析,我国生鲜农产品供应链的优化建设应瞄准多层级需求构建多元化生鲜农产品供应链体系,集中力量突破生鲜农产品供应链优化的瓶颈,分工协作共筑生鲜农产品供应链优化基础,循序渐进推进生鲜农产品供应链的优化发展。

The supply chain of fresh agricultural products contains a series of contradictions and problems,such as theseparation of producers and consumers,the separation of production regions and consumption regions,the mismatch of supplyingtime and consumption time,and the differences between supply mode and purchase mode.To solve these contradictions andproblems,combining with the realistic demand situation,the production situation and the realistic basis,and the financialcondition of the fresh agricultural product supply chain construction,the author points out the optimization approach for the freshagricultural products supply chain construction:first,we should aim at multi-level demand to build a diversified supply systemof fresh agricultural products;second,we should focus on breaking through bottleneck of supply chain of fresh agriculturalproducts;third,we should collaboratively build a solid basis for fresh agricultural supply chain optimization;and fourth,weshould gradually promote the optimized development of fresh agricultural products supply chain.
