不同嫁接方法对冬瓜植株长势及产量的影响 被引量:5

Effects of Different Grafting Methods on Wax Gourd Growth and Yield

摘要 以五叶子冬瓜为接穗,比较了双断根嫁接法与普通插接法对冬瓜长势和产量的影响,结果表明,2种嫁接方法都能显著增强植株长势、提高产量,而双断根嫁接苗优势更明显。在结果前期,普通插接法嫁接的植株生长优于双断根嫁接。结果期,双断根嫁接苗的功能叶片大小、单瓜质量、产量显著或极显著优于自根苗,且田间植株死亡率极显著低于自根苗。与普通插接法相比,双断根嫁接的果实果肉更厚,单瓜质量更高,增产潜力更大,值得在生产中推广应用。 Taking‘Wuyezidonggua’as scion,this experiment compared the effects of root-removed&insertion grafting and insertion grafting with ungrafting on wax gourd growth and yield.The results showed that2grafting methods all could promote significantly the plant growth vigor,increase the wax gourd yield.But theadvantages of the first method were more obvious.During the stage prior to fruit setting,plant growth usinginsertion grafting was faster than that using root-removed&insertion grafting.In the fruiting stage,the area offunctional leaves,single fruit weight,yield of root-removed&insertion grafting wax gourd were significantlyor extremely significantly superior to those of ungrafted plants,and plant death rate in fields was extremelysignificantly lower than that of ungrafted plants.Comparing with insertion grafting plants,the flesh of fruit usingroot-removed&insertion grafting was thicker,its single fruit weight was higher and yield-increasing potential wasalso higher.Thus,this method was worth being widely applied in production.
