微球聚焦特性研究

摘要 随着纳米科学和生命科学不断深入的研究提出了越来越高的分辨率需求,如在光学显微镜、光刻、光信息存储等诸多光学应用领域,在传统光学领域中,由于空间衍射极限的存在,导致聚焦光斑尺寸和远场成像出现极限分辨率的问题。突破衍射极限在远场实现超分辨率成像成为了现在研究的热点,近期研究学家说明了微球可以实现突破衍射极限的超分辨率成像。本文我们分析微球的聚焦特性。微球的聚焦光斑尺寸可以突破衍射极限,其腰斑半径小于λ/2。从仿真的结果可以看出聚焦光斑的尺寸与微球的半径以及折射率有关。 With the deep research on nanometer scale technology and life science,the requirements of higher resolution is needed,such as optical microscopy,lithography,optical data storage,and many other optical application fields.In traditional optical fields,the diffraction effect that limits the resolution of focusing and imaging in far field is becoming a barrier to super resolution.Breaking the diffraction limit for super-resolution imaging has become a research topic.Recently,many researchers showed the microsphere can break the diffraction limit to realize super-resolution imaging.In this paper,the focusing characteristics of a microsphere is analyzed.The size of the focus spot can break diffraction limit,its waist spot radius is less thanλ/2,From the simulation,it can be seen that the size of focus spot is related to the radius of microsphere and refractive index.
