地暖管水垢清洗剂的研究

Research of Scale Cleaning Agent for Heating Pipe

采用物理(超声波)与化学清洗相结合的方法对水垢进行清理,通过配制不同的清洗剂配方对地暖管进行清洗,对比清洗效果。得到最佳清洗剂配方,即无机组分(盐酸、氟化钠)与有机组分(柠檬酸、草酸钠、EDTA二钠盐)按一定比例混合。此配方与物理方法(超声波)联合使用清洗效果更好,即先用清洗剂浸泡24 h,然后用超声波进行清洗。

Adopting physical combined with chemical method to clean up the scale by confecting different detergent formulation was carried out on the floor heating pipe cleaning.we contrastecl before and after cleaning the pipe by means of the pictures to judge the effect of cleaning the surface dirt.Through a series of experiments we selected the appropriate cleaning agent formula that inorganic acid and organic acid mixture formula(hydrochloric acid,sodium fluoride,sodium citric acid,oxalic acid,EDTA disodium salt),and then the experiment proved that this formula with physical method using the best cleaning effect.that is to use detergent soaked for24hours,and then use ultrasonic cleaning.
