ICP-AES法测定自来水的水样前处理方法比较分析

摘要 在运用ICP-AES法测定水质的过程中,水样前处理的水平直接影响水质测定的准确性。本研究分别采用原水直接测定法、过滤水测定法、原水+硝酸(体积比100∶1)测定法、原水+微波消解法和过滤水+微波消解法这5种不同的方法处理水样,用ICP-AES测定自来水中元素,进行元素含量的比较分析。结果表明,原水+硝酸(体积比100∶1)+微波消解法处理自来水效果最佳;采用微波消解技术和ICP-AES相结合的方法快速、准确,能满足自来水中多种元素同时测定的要求。 This paper described the simultaneous determination of multi-elements(Cu,Fe,Zn,Na,K,Ca,P,Mg,Mn,Cd,Cr,Li,Co,Ni,Pb,Al,Hg,As,Se,Si and B)in drinking water by ICP-AES.Five kinds of method were used to handle the sample before determination.The results showed that the water handle method with microwave digestion was the best.And the linear correlation coefficients for all elements were good(0.9950~0.9999).The proposed method was validated by the added standard method,the recoveries of method were in the range of91.07%~107.93%and each relative standard deviation(n=3)was between0.34%and4.48%.This method is rapid and accurate,and can be used to determine multi-elements in water simultaneously.
