摘要
目的:探讨应用微小切口与涡轮钻切割等微创技术拔除下颌完全埋伏阻生智齿的临床效果。方法:随机筛选2014年以来采用微小切口与涡轮钻切割法的拔牙病例204例,和2010年以前采用传统切口与锤凿法的拔牙病例201例进行回访,对照评估表进行评分和统计学分析。结果:微切口与涡轮钻切割法拔除下颌完全埋伏阻生齿,不仅省时省力,而且术后并发症与术后反应显著减少,患者感受更为舒适。结论:在下颌完全埋伏阻生齿拔除术中,可临床推广使用微切口与涡轮钻切割技术。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of applying microtrauma techniques of microincision and turbine drillcutting in the removal of impacted wisdom tooth with embedded mandibular.Methods405cases of two different groupsare screened at random to do scoring and statistical analysis according to evaluation sheet.One group contains204cases ofusing microincision and turbine drill cutting in tooth extraction after2014,and the other contains201cases of using traditionalincision and hammer-chisel technique before2010.Results The result shows that it is not only time-consuming and laborsavingby using microincision and turbine drill cutting in the removal of impacted wisdom tooth with embedded mandibular,but also comforts patients with fewer complications and postoperative responses.Conclusion It is worth popularizing andapplying mini-incision and dental air turbine to extract lower impacted wisdom.
