颌面部烧伤患者预防小口畸形的护理体会

Nursing experience of prevention of small mouth deformity in maxillofacial burn patients

目的:探讨颌面部烧伤患者预防小口畸形的护理方法及效果。方法:选取2015年收治的颌面部烧伤患者23例为对照组,采用常规护理方法;2016年收治的22例颌面部烧伤患者为观察组,采用系统化护理方法。比较两组患者出院半年后张口困难程度的差异。结果:观察组的张口困难程度明显小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:系统化护理对于颌面部烧伤患者预防小口畸形有重要临床意义和价值,值得进一步推广。

Objective To investigate the nursing methods and effects of maxillofacial burn patients in the prevention ofmicrostomia.Methods23cases of maxillofacial burn patients were selected as control group in2015,routine nursing methodswere adopted.In2016,22cases of maxillofacial burn patients were used as observation group,and systematic nursing methodwas adopted.The difference of mouth opening degree between the two groups after six months'discharge was compared.Results The difficulty of mouth opening in the observation group was significantly smaller than that in the control group,thedifference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Systematic nursing has important clinical significance and valuefor prevention of microstomia in maxillofacial burn patients,and deserves further promotion.
