武术套路教学中学生习武兴趣培养探讨

On the Cultivation of Students' Interest in Wushu through Wushu Routine Teaching

在中国几千年不断发展变化的历史长河里,武术的精髓不断地变化并始终保持着传承,在如今更是我国一项宝贵的文化遗产。武术不仅是一项传统的体育运动,还是我国中学体育课教学中相当重要的课程,而且武术课教学不仅可以提高中学生的身体素质,还能促进中国传统文化的发展。但在目前,由于传统武术的普及程度较弱,中学生对其缺乏兴趣,因此在武术课程的教学中需要不断地优化创新,结合各种趣味性的教学方式培养并提升中学生的习武兴趣,从而促使教学质量、教学效果得到较大的提高。

In China's thousands of years of continuous developmentand changes,the essence of Wushu is constantly changingand inherited,and it is a valuable cultural heritage of our country.Wushu is not only a traditional sport,but also a very importantcourse in the teaching of middle school physical education in ourcountry.Besides,Wushu teaching can not only improve thephysical quality of middle school students,but also promote thedevelopment of Chinese traditional culture.However,at present,the popularity of traditional Wushu is insufficient and middleschool students lack interest in Wushu,so the teaching of Wushucourse needs to be optimized and innovated continuously combinedwith a variety of interesting teaching methods,so as to cultivateand enhance the interest of middle school students,thusgreatly improving the quality and effectiveness of teaching.
