翻转课堂在军校装备实践教学中的应用探析

An Analysis on the Application of Flipped Classroom in the Equipment Practice Teaching of Military Academies

装备实践教学是培养"听党指挥、能打胜仗、作风优良"的新型高素质军事人才的重要方面,军校的装备实践教学质量直接关系着所培养人才的质量。本文首先对近年来兴起的翻转课堂教学模式能否应用于装备实践教学进行了分析,然后分析了装备实践教学的特点和翻转课堂对教学资源的要求,然后提出了翻转课堂在装备理论知识和实装操作教学过程的设计,对装备实践教学模式改革具有一定的参考价值。

Equipment practice teaching is an important aspect tocultivate new-type and high-quality military talents who obey thecommand of the Party,have the ability to win battles and have afine style of work and life,so the quality of equipment practiceteaching in military academies is directly related to the quality oftalent cultivation.This paper first analyzes the feasibility of applyingflipped classroom in equipment practice teaching,thenanalyzes the characteristics of equipment practice teaching andthe requirements of flipped classroom for teaching resources,andfinally puts forward the design of flipped classroom in equipmenttheoretical knowledge and practical operation,hoping to providesome references for the reform of equipment practice teachingmode.
