中国制造视域下，论高职教育培养学生工匠精神的必要性与途径

On the Necessity and Ways of Cultivating Students' Spirit of the Craftsman in Higher Vocational Education from the Perspective of Made in China

当前,中国制造业正面临着全面转型升级,由制造大国迈向制造强国,培养当代工匠精神成为时代的呼唤,是助力我国实现制造强国的新需要。我国高职院校历来是为社会培养高技能高素质劳动人才的主阵地,因此,培养学生工匠精神责无旁贷。文章解读了新时代工匠精神的内涵,立足于中国制造背景下,分析了高职教育培养学生工匠精神的必要性与途径。

At present,China's manufacturing industry is facing acomprehensive transformation and upgrading,from a manufacturingcountry to a manufacturing power.Cultivating the contemporaryspirit of the craftsman has become the call of the times,and it is also a new need to make China a manufacturing power.Higher vocational colleges have always been the main positioncultivating high-skilled and high-quality talents for the society inChina,so it is necessary to cultivate students'spirit of the craftsman.This paper explains the connotation of the spirit of thecraftsman in the new era,and based on the background of Madein China,analyzes the necessity and ways of cultivating students'spirit of the craftsman in higher vocational education.
