高职院校职业素质养成环境的建设研究

学生职业素质的养成需要一个不断发展的过程,在这一过程之中高等院校往往扮演着无可比拟的重要角色,尤其是高职院校在职业素质培养的环境建设方面更是显得尤为重要。只有提供一个科学、合适的良好的职业素养建设的环境,我们才能够不断培养出更为优秀的现代化人才。本文在对于职业素养建设环境现状进行科学考察和评估的基础之上,对于与职业素质环境相关的内涵、方式和影响机制等因素做出了一定的分析,同时突出强调了企业文化建设、培养相应的职业道德、提高专业技能、强化职业操守和养成职业礼仪等问题的重要性,希望通过本文的粗浅分析,为现在高等院校的职业素质环境的建设提供有益的借鉴。

The formation of students'professional quality needs aprocess of continuous development.In this process,colleges anduniversities often play an important role,as they are responsiblefor the construction of an atmosphere for the cultivation of professionalquality.Only by providing a scientific and appropriate atmospherefor the construction of professional quality,can wecontinue to cultivate more outstanding talents.Based on the scientificinvestigation and evaluation of the current situation of theatmosphere for professional quality construction,this papermakes a certain analysis on the factors related to the atmosphereof professional quality,such as the connotation,the way and theinfluence mechanism,and emphasizes the importance of the constructionof enterprise culture,the fostering and strengthening ofthe corresponding professional ethics,the improvement of professionalskills,and the development of professional etiquette.Through the superficial analysis of this article,the writer hopes toprovide a useful reference for the construction of an atmospherefor professional quality in higher vocational colleges.
