摘要
基于动机理论,确定大学生留学的四维度结构:认知发展、生活提升、工作就业、自我实现。通过编制问卷,了解大学生的留学意向,总结大学生留学意向的特点,发现大学生留学意向在性别、专业、年级、家庭情况上的不同差异。大学生对于留学态度呈现积极而理性、多元化的特点。依据大学生留学意向及其特点,学校及政府应高度重视学生的留学意向,并且采取措施进行引导,培养学生的留学观。
Based on the theory of motivation,the writer determinesthe four-dimensional structure of college students'studyingabroad:cognitive development,life promotion,employment andself-realization.Through the compilation of questionnaires,thewriter hopes to understand the intention of college students'studying abroad,sum up the characteristics of college students'studying abroad and find the differences of college students'intentionin gender,specialty,grade and family situation.Collegestudents'attitude towards studying abroad is rational and diversified.In accordance with the intention and characteristics of collegestudents'studying abroad,colleges and the governmentshould attach great importance to it,taking measures to guidethem and cultivating their outlook on studying abroad.
