摘要
目的:通过单组实验探讨团体沙盘游戏改善大学生不良人际关系的效果研究,为大学生人际交往不良的干预提供新的思路。方法:本研究采用单组前后测实验方法,使用人际关系综合诊断量表和症状自评量表筛选某高校大学生,筛选出人际交往问题较严重的大学生,根据自愿参与的意愿确定12名被试,对12名被试进行为期8周的团体沙盘游戏治疗,比较治疗前后的变化。结果:治疗前和治疗后在人际关系的四个因子上有显著差异。结论:团体沙盘游戏对大学生人际交往不良的干预效果明显,能在一定程度上改善大学生的不良人际关系。
Objective:This paper probed into the effectiveness ofgroup sandplay therapy in improving college students'interpersonalrelationship through single-group experiment,so as to findnew intervening approaches to their communicative problems.Methods:This study took single-group pretest and posttest experimentaldesign.By using General Interpersonal RelationshipDiagnosis Questionnaire and Self-rating Scale,we recruited12volunteers from a college who were rated with serious interpersonalproblems as experimental subjects.These subjects participatedin group sandplay therapy for eight weeks in a row andchanges of their behaviors were compared before and after theintervention.Results:There are great differences in the four factorsof interpersonal relationship before and after the test.Conclusions:Group sandplay therapy can obviously alleviate collegestudents'interpersonal difficulties and improve their communicative skills.
