外宣文本“变译”策略对实现翻译有效性之研究

A Study on Realizing the Effectiveness of Translation through the "Translation Variation" Strategy in the Translation of Texts for International Communication Purposes

基于外宣文本翻译的传播性特征,译者在翻译过程中需要采取不同的翻译策略,以达到最佳的翻译效果,其中包括语际信息转换是否恰当、译语是否通顺流畅、译文是否符合目的语读者审美视野等。"变译"是译者充分发挥主体性作用,在特定场域下为特定读者而译的一种翻译行为。本文在分析外宣翻译异质特征的基础上,提出外宣文本中所采用的"变译"策略对实现翻译过程中语际转换、文化传递、信息传播的有效作用。

Based on the communicative characteristics of thetranslation of texts for international communication purposes,thetranslator needs to adopt different translation strategies in theprocess of translation to achieve the best translation effect,includingwhether the inter-lingual information conversion is appropriate,whether the target language is fluent and smooth,andwhether the translation conforms to the aesthetic taste of the targetlanguage readers."Translation variation"is a kind of translationaction in which the translator translates for specific readers in aspecific field based on giving full play to the subjective role of thetranslator.On the basis of analyzing the heterogeneous characteristicsof translation for international communication purposes,thispaper puts forward the effective role of the"translation variation"strategy,adopted in the translation of texts for international communicationpurposes,in realizing inter-lingual transformation,cultural transmission and information dissemination in the processof translation.
