摘要
从澜沧江特有的水文气候地理条件、梯级电站开发情况及经济社会发展特点进行研究,制定了澜沧江流域水情测报系统站点选择原则、站址选择的原则、通讯组网方式、及太阳能供电方式等。设计澜沧江流域水情测报系统时统筹考虑、统一规划、避免重复建设,使建成的系统经济实用、便于协调与管理、满足施工洪水预报的需求。
The paper worked out the principle of selecting location of the hydrological telemetering system and the principle of selecting the sites of hydrological stations of the Lancang river basin,put forward the way of establishing telecommunication network and determined to use solar energy for power supply according to the specific hydrological,climatic and geographycal conditions,the development of cascade hydropower projects and the economic and social development characteristics.The hydrological telemetering system of the Lancang river basin was designed in a unifi ed planning way by taking all factors into consideration to avoid duplication of construction,so that the established system could be economic and practical and be easy to coordinate and manage to satisfy the requirements for fl ood forecasting during construction of the project.
