BiPAP对重叠综合征患者血浆BNP及肺动脉高压水平的影响

摘要 目的:探讨BiPAP通气对重叠综合征(OS)患者血浆脑钠肽(BNP)及肺动脉高压水平的影响。方法:选择OS患者60例,随机分成两组,每组各30例,BiPAP治疗组在常规基础治疗的基础上给予BiPAP通气,治疗组予常规基础治疗,分别观察治疗前及治疗7d后两组患者血气分析、血浆BNP含量及肺动脉压的变化。结果:治疗7d后两组患者动脉血气分析指标均较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05),并且BiPAP治疗组较对照组改善明显(P<0.05);治疗7d后BiPAP治疗组和对照组患者血浆BNP含量及肺动脉压力明显降低(P<0.05),BiPAP治疗组较对照组患者下降明显(P<0.05)。结论:BiPAP治疗OS患者效果显著,能明显改善患者气分析指标,降低BNP及肺动脉压力水平。 Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of bilevel positive airway(BiPAP)ventilation onoverlap syndrome of brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)and level of pulmomary arterial hypertension.Methods:60patients of overlap syndrome were randomly divided into2groups,each group contains30cases.Patients of thetherapeutic group were treated by BiPAP as the basis of routine treatment,and Patients of the control group weretreated with the basis of routine treatment.Statistics about the differences of blood gas analysis,the content of BNPand the level of pulmomary arterial hypertension were observed before and after7d treatment respectively.Results:There was significant difference in index of blood gas analysis before and after treatment(P<0.05),in addition,theindex in BiPAP treated group was more significantly improved than the control group((P<0.05).The content ofBNP and the level of pulmonary arterial hypertension in BiPAP treated group were evidently lower than the controlgroup(P<0.05),BiPAP treated group decreased more obviously than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Moreremarkable effect was present in OS patients treated by BiPAP,BiPAP treatment can improve the index of blood gasanalysis,decrease the level of BNP and pulmomary arterial hypertension.
