超声乳化治疗青光眼合并白内障的疗效分析

Clinical analysis of phacoemulsification in the treatment of glaucoma with cataract

目的:探讨闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者治疗临床效果。方法:选取100例闭角型青光眼合并白内障的患者,回顾其治疗效果,其中50例患者只采用常规治疗方案,另50例患者则采用超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术治疗方案。两组分别命名为对照组和研究组,比较分析两组患者的临床治疗情况。结果:经对临床疗效对比发现研究组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),除此之外,研究组患者其它评分效果要优于对照组。结论:超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术治疗对闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者来说疗效较佳,可以明显改善患者的症状。

Objective:To explore the patients with angle closure glaucoma with cataract clinical effect.Methods:100cases during the reception of angle closure glaucoma with cataract patients,clinical effect in the treatment of50cases of patients only with routine treatment,the other50cases were treated with phacoemulsification and intraocularlens implantation treatment.Two groups were named as the control group and the research group,compare differentgroups of patients in the clinical treatment after treatment.Results:the discovery of the clinical curative effect ofthe total efficiency of the study group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),with statisticalsignificance,in addition,the effect of other scores of patients in the study group better than the control group.Conclusion:the curative effect of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation for the treatment ofpatients with cataract and angle closure glaucoma is better for Paul,can significantly improve the symptoms of patients
