慢性硬膜下血肿术后尿激酶冲管疗效分析

Chronic subdural hematoma after urokinase flushing curative effect analysis

目的:通过尿激酶定时冲管,观察慢性硬膜下血肿(CSDH)钻孔引流术后治疗效果。方法:64例CSDH患者分成治疗组(36例)与对照组(28例),行顶结节钻孔引流术治疗后,治疗组行常规尿激酶冲管,对照组继续常规治疗。评估治疗后1个月日常生活活动能力(ADL)分级。结果:治疗组术后1个月ADL级别明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组血肿复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:CSDH钻孔引流术后使用尿激酶冲管疗效良好,适合推广。

Objective:Through the urokinase timing wash pipe,to observe chronic subdural hematoma(CSDH)after drilling drainage treatment effect.Methods:so the hospital treated CSDH,a total of64cases,divided into36cases treatment group and control group28cases two groups and line the top tubercle drilling drainage treatment,treatment group routine urokinase flushing,control group continue to conventional treatment.Assessment1monthafter treatment in daily life activities ability(ADL).Results:the treatment group than the control group to observethe indicators(flow rate,recurrence rate,etc.),there was an obvious statistical significance prognosis.Conclusion:postoperative CSDH drilling drainage using urokinase flushing curative effect is good,suitable for promotion.
