颅内动脉瘤介入手术围术期的护理体会

Nursing experience of intracranial aneurysm interventional surgery in perioperative period

目的:探讨颅内动脉瘤介入手术围术期的护理对策。方法:收集140例颅内动脉瘤介入治疗患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组围手术期综合护理,对照组接受一般护理,对比手术效果。结果:观察组手术成功率为95.7%,对照组手术成功率90.0%(P>0.05);观察组并发症发生率为8.6%,对照组并发症发生率为28.6%(P<0.05);观察组平均住院时间及费用均显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:全面、优质的围手术期护理是保证颅内动脉瘤介入手术成功的重要因素。

Objective:To discuss the nursing countermeasures of intracranial aneurysm interventional surgeryin perioperative period.Method:140cases of patient undergoing intracranial aneurysm interventional surgery wereselected and divided into the observation group and the control group,the observation group received comprehensiveperioperative nursing,and the control group received the observation group,and the surgical treatment effects werecompared.Results:In the observation group,the operation success rate was95.7%,in the control group,the operationsuccess rate was90%(P>0.05);②There were11complications in the observation group,and the complication ratewas8.6%.in the control group,the complication rate was28.6%(P<0.05);The average hospitalization time and costof the observation group were significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensiveand high quality perioperative nursing is an important factor to ensure the success of intracranial aneurysminterventional surgery.
