摘要
目的:探讨以EDTA-K2为抗凝剂做为检测血沉方法的可行性。方法:收集住院患者血液标本,分别采用109mmol/L枸橼酸钠抗凝剂与EDTA-K2抗凝剂抗凝同一人份血样标本(血常规真空采血管采集两管),采用魏氏法测定ESR,在ESR检测前用XT-2000i全自动血液分析仪测定EDTA-K2抗凝剂抗凝血的红细胞压积,将用两种抗凝剂抗凝血所测的ESR结果作配对t检验分析。结果:当HCT≤0.35L/L时,枸橼酸钠与EDTA-K2两种抗凝剂抗凝的血样所测的ESR结果差异无显著性(P>0.05);当HCT>0.35L/L时,枸橼酸钠与EDTA-K2两种抗凝剂抗凝的血样所测的ESR结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但稀释后的EDTA-K2抗凝血与枸橼酸钠抗凝血的ESR结果无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:EDTA-K2抗凝全血可以替代枸橼酸钠抗凝血用于ESR检测。
Objective:To investigate the feasibility of using EDTA-K2as anticoagulant for ESR method.Methods:The blood samples from Hospitalized patients were collected,and each sample was collected by two vacuum bloodcollection tubes with109mmol/L sodium citrate and EDTA-K2respectively.The EDTA-K2treated blood cellhematocrit had been measured by XT-2000i automatic blood analyzer before the ESR was determined by Westergrenmethod.The paired t–test was applied to analysis the ESR results tested from two anticoagulant treated bloodsamples.Results:When HCT=0.35L/L,the ESR results tested from two anticoagulant treated blood samples had nosignificant difference(P>0.05),There was statistically significant difference between two groups(P<0.05)whenHCT>0.35L/L,while statistical analysis showed no significant differences in two groups by diluting the EDTA-K2treated blood sample(P>0.05).Conclusion:EDTA-K2treated blood sample can replace sodium citrate treatedblood sample for ESR detection.
