摘要
目的:分析MCS+血小板单采机在单采血小板的过程发生红细胞溢出的原因,避免单采血小板因红细胞混入过多造成的报废。方法:收集近两年单采血小板过程中因红细胞溢出报废的献血者25例,再随机抽取单采过程正常的献血者25例,分为对照组和溢出组,使用t检验对献血者的RBC、WBC、PLT、Hb、MCV、MCH、MCHC、HCT计数进行对比分析。结果:献血者的RBC、WBC、PLT、Hb、MCH、MCHC、HCT计数在红细胞溢出组和对照组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而MCV在两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:献血者红细胞参数MCV值偏低,是应用MCS+单采过程中发生红细胞溢出的原因。
Objective:To analyze the reasons of red blood cell overflow in the process of apheresis plateletscollection by MCS+type separator,and avoid the waste caused by excessive red blood cells.Methods:Collectionof25cases of blood donors in the past two years because of red blood cell overflow,,and then randomly selected25cases of normal blood donors,divided into"control group"and"overflow",using t test on blood donors RBC,WBC,PLT,Hb,MCV,MCH,MCHC and HCT count were compared.Results:There was no difference in blood donors RBC,WBC,PLT,Hb,MCH,MCHC,HCT in the red blood cell count between the overflow group and the control group(P>0.05);but The difference of MCV between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The value of MCV in blood donors is low,which is the reason of red blood cell overflow in the process of MCS+typeseparator.
