摘要
目的:探讨TBL教学法在外科临床教学方法中的应用效果。方法:选择某校2016级临床医学院需要学习外科学总论课的学生分为A组60人,B组60人,A组学生采用传统的教学方法施教,B组学生采用TBL教学方法施教。一学期后,比较两组学生的考试成绩。采用主观测评观察两组学生基本知识掌握率、知识拓展情况等各项能力。结果:B组学生平均成绩显著高于A组,且B组学生基本知识掌握率、知识拓展情况、学习兴趣、自学能力、分析能力等主观测评结果显著优于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:TBL教学法能够提高学生对学习的兴趣,有利于提高学生知识掌握、拓展率。
Objective:To probe into the application effects of TBL teaching method in surgical clinical teachingmethods.Methods:60people and who needed to learn the general surgery class in grade2016Clinical MedicalCollege were selected as the A class,and60people as class B.In group A of students were taught by traditionalteaching methods,while in the B group of students were used TBL teaching methods.Then,after one semester,the results of the two groups were compared.And the grasp the basic knowledge,knowledge expansion and othercapabilities of two groups of students were observed by the Subjective evaluation.Result:The average scores ofstudents in B group were significantly higher than those in group A.And the results of subjective evaluation of thebasic knowledge,knowledge expansion,learning interest,self-learning ability,analysis ability of students in group Bwere significantly better than those in the A group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The TBL teaching method can improve students'interest in learning,and it is help to improve students'knowledge,expand the situation.
