表皮生长因子联合纳米银敷料治疗儿童躯干Ⅱ度烫伤

Epidermal growth factor combined with nano silver dressing treatment of children 's trunk II degree burns

目的:观察重组人表皮生长因子凝胶联合纳米银抗菌敷料治疗儿童躯干Ⅱ度烫伤的疗效。方法:对照组60例,使用纳米银抗菌医用敷料包扎治疗,治疗组60例,于对照组基础上应用重组人表皮生长因子凝胶。比较两组患儿住院时间、创面愈合时间、创面感染和瘢痕形成情况。结果:治疗组愈合时间及住院时间及瘢痕发生率明显少于对照组(P<0.05),而治疗组感染发生率与对照组无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:重组人表皮生长因子凝胶联合纳米银抗菌敷料治疗儿童躯干部Ⅱ度烫伤疗效显著。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor gelcombined with nano silver antibacterial dressing on children with second degree scald.Methods:60cases ofcontrol group,the use of nano-silver antibacterial dressing dressing treatment,treatment group of60cases,basedon the control group using recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel.The duration of hospitalization,woundhealing,wound infection and scar formation were compared between the two groups.Results:The healing time andlength of hospitalization and scar were significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel combined with nano silver antibacterial dressing has a significanteffect on the treatment of second-degree burns in children's trunk.
