全程护理干预在手术治疗异位妊娠中的应用效果

Application effects of whole course nursing intervention in the surgical treatment of ectopic pregnancy

目的:探讨全程护理干预在手术治疗异位妊娠患者中的应用效果。方法:将54例手术治疗异位妊娠患者随机分为两组,各27例,观察组采用全程护理干预,对照组采用常规护理。结果:观察组患者焦虑评分、术后疼痛评分明显低于对照组;观察组患者对护理的满意程度明显高于对照组,观察组患者保留导尿时间、下床活动时间、住院天数均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全程护理干预可明显缓解异位妊娠患者的焦虑情绪及术后疼痛,有效提高患者对护理工作的满意度,促进患者全面康复,缩短住院时间。

Objective:To explore the application effects of whole course nursing intervention in the surgicaltreatment for patients with ectopic pregnancy.Methods:54cases of ectopic pregnancy patients were randomlydivided into two groups,27cases each,The observation group was given whole course nursing intervention while thenursing group was given the routine nursing.Results:Anxiety scores and postoperative pain scores of the observationgroup were obviously lower than those of the control group;the patients'satisfaction of nursing was obviouslyhigher in the observation group than that of the control group,while the catheter-preserving time,activity time andhospitalization stays of the patients in the observation group were lower than that of the control group,with statisticallysignificant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The whole nursing intervention can obviously alleviate the anxiety andpostoperative pain of patients with ectopic pregnancy,effectively improve the patients'satisfaction to nursing,promotethe comprehensive rehabilitation of patients,shorten their hospitalization stays.
