摘要
广东作为高职教育大省之一,成绩在全国名列前茅。而民办高职教育是高职教育的重要组成部分,它的发展优劣对广东高职教育产生重要的影响。通过对广东民办高职院校SWOT阐述,探求本身的优势和不足,乃至外部面对的时机与挟制。运用SWOT模型实证研究之后可知,广东民办高职院校以SO为主战略,采取三种策略实现广东民办高职未来发展的战略目标,即学科(专业)领先、人才培养模式为主的"发展极"战略;采取提高竞争力、激发自身活力、深化改革提升自身实力的内涵式发展战略以及构建广东民办高职的校企、中高职战略联盟。
As one of the important provinces for the higher vocational education,the vocational colleges in Guangdong topthe list of vocational colleges in China.Since the non-governmental vocational colleges play a crucial role in the higher vocationaleducation,their development has a profound influence on the higher vocational education in Guangdong as a whole.Through theSWOT analysis on the non-governmental vocational colleges in Guangdong,the researchers discussed their existing advantagesand disadvantages and the opportunities and threats.The empirical research by SWOT model shows that SO is the major strategyfor the non-governmental vocational colleges in Guangdong.The following three strategies can help to achieve the objectives ofthe development.The first one is Development Poles Strategy,which means being advanced in related research fields and centering on the model of the cultivation of talents.The second one is Mode of Intensive Development Strategy,which means exploringways to improve competitiveness,stimulating the vitality of the college,excising restructuring to enhance its capability.The thirdstrategy is to establish the strategic partnership between colleges and corporations as well as the partnership between the secondary vocational education and the higher vocational education.
