Thoughts on Professional Skills Training of Computer Application Talents in Higher Polytechnic Education

高职教育的目标在于为社会生产、建设、管理和服务培养一线从业人员。现如今,虽然IT业人才需求旺盛,但高校计算机类专业的就业率并未因此而攀升,无论是本科还是高职阶段,毕业生就业状况已经亮起了警报。针对这种结构性矛盾,结合本校的计算机应用专业群的教育教学改革的具体情况,现对如何培养高质量计算机应用毕业生做一个探讨。

The objective of higher polytechnic education is to train the front-line practitioners for the social production,construction,management and service.Nowadays,the employment rate of computer students remains in a low level,although there isa great demand for IT talents.The employment status of graduates from the universities and the higher polytechnics has raised thealarm.Thus,combining teaching reform of computer application specialty group specific situation,the discussion on how to trainhigh-quality graduates majored in the computer application is done.
