摘要 我国曾经是世界公认的"自行车王国",然而近20年来,我国自行车出行大幅下降。伴随着"互联网+"与共享经济的到来,网约共享自行车成为自行车复兴的引领者。为探讨如何在国家层面上为"自行车复兴"助力,本文首先分析了我国自行车交通发展现状和存在的问题,然后深入剖析了问题背后的成因,并从明确自行车在城市交通中的发展定位出发,从四个方面提出了促进自行车回归城市的政策建议。 China has been once recognized as a bicycle kingdom in the world.However,China’s cycling triphas been pouring down in the last20years.Along with the“Internet Plus”and Sharing Economy’s arriving,APP-based sharing bicycles have become the pioneer of bicycle revival.In order to discuss the method to promotethe revitalization movement from sectional management on the national level,this article analyzes the developmentstatus of bicycle transport and current problems firstly,and then madees a deep analysis of contributing factorsbehind these problems.Policy suggestion is also proposed to promote bicycle return to cities from the perspectiveof confirming bicycle function.
