2015-2016年广州某社区卫生服务中心降压药的应用分析

Analysis of the application of antihypertensive drugs in a community health service center in Guangzhou during the past 2015-2016 years

目的:了解广州市萝岗区永和街社区卫生服务中心降压药的应用现状,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:收集永和街社区卫生服务中心2015年1月-2016年12月的降压药出库记录,对降压药的药品品种、药品消耗量、用药频度等进行统计和分析。结果:主要使用CCB、ARB、β受体阻滞剂、ACEI、利尿剂5类药,ARB、CCB类占主导地位;DDDs始终排在前5名的是缬沙坦胶囊、门冬氨酸氨氯地平片、厄贝沙坦胶囊、比索洛尔片、硝苯地平缓释片(Ⅰ);秋季的降压药DDDs较其他季节高。结论:永和街社区卫生服务中心降压药的应用情况总体上比较合理,需要加强H型高血压的防治工作,科学合理用药。

Objective:To understand the present situation of application of antihypertensive drugs in community health service center of Yonghe street,Luogang District,Guangzhou,and to provide reference for rational use of drugs in clinic.Methods:The antihypertensive drug delivery records of Yonghe community health service center from January2015to December2016were collected and analyzed,and the variety,consumption and DDDs of antihypertensive drugs were counted and analyzed.Results:The main use of CCB,ARB,beta blockers,ACEI and diuretics5drugs,of which ARB and CCB dominate.DDDs always ranks among the top5in valsartan capsules,aspartate,amlodipine,irbesartan capsules,bisoprolol,and extended release nifedipine tablets(I).Autumn antihypertensive drugs DDDs were higher than other seasons.Conclusion:The application of antihypertensive drugs in Yonghe community health service center is reasonable on the whole,and it is necessary to strengthen the prevention and treatment of type H hypertension,and use it scientifically and rationally.
