幕上小骨窗开颅手术治疗高血压脑出血的临床分析

Clinical analysis of supratentorial small bone window craniotomy in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

目的:探讨小骨窗开颅手术治疗幕上高血压性脑出血的临床效果。方法:收治幕上高血压脑出血患者86例,采用小骨窗开颅手术治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:恢复良好49例,中度病残23例,重度病残5例,植物生存2例,死亡7例。结论:小骨窗开颅手术治疗幕上高血压性脑出血的临床效果较好。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of supratentorial small bone window craniotomy in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:86patients with supratentorial hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were selected.They were treated with small bone window craniotomy.We observed the therapeutic effects.Results:49cases were good recovery;23cases were moderate disability;5cases were severe disability;2cases were plant survival,7cases were death.Conclusion:The clinical effect of supratentorial small bone window craniotomy in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage was good.
