度洛西汀与帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的疗效与安全性对比观察

Efficacy and safety of duloxetine and paroxetine in the treatment of depression

目的:探讨度洛西汀与帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的疗效与安全性。方法:收治抑郁症患者94例,随机分为传统组与新型组,传统组采用帕罗西汀治疗,新型组采用度洛西汀治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:新型组治疗效果和不良反应发生率均明显优于传统组(P<0.05)。结论:度洛西汀治疗抑郁症的疗效显著,安全性高。

Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of duloxetine and paroxetine in the treatment of depression.Methods:94patients with depression were selected.They were randomly divided into the traditional group and the new group.The traditional group was treated with paroxetine.The new group was treated with duloxetine.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:In the new group,the treatment effect and the incidence of adverse reactions were significantly better than the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Duloxetine was effective in the treatment of depression,and the safety was high.
