牙齿脱敏剂治疗牙本质敏感的临床效果观察

Clinical effect of dental desensitization agent in the treatment of dentin hypersensitivity

目的:探讨牙齿脱敏剂治疗牙本质敏感的临床效果。方法:收治牙本质敏感症患者56例(85颗),随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组采用75%的氟化钠甘油治疗,治疗组采用奥敏清牙齿脱敏剂治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:牙齿脱敏剂治疗牙本质敏感的临床效果显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of dental desensitization agent in the treatment of dentin hypersensitivity.Methods:56cases(85teeth)with dentin hypersensitivity were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.The control group was treated with75%sodium fluoride glycerin.The treatment group was treated by Ao Min Qing dental desensitizationd agent.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of dental desensitization agent in the treatment of dentin hypersensitivity was significant.
