幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡经四联疗法治疗的临床疗效观察

Clinical study on treatment of helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer with quadruple therapy

目的:探讨四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡的临床效果。方法:收治幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡患者100例,分为四联组和三联组,比较两组治疗效果。结果:四联组总有效率和幽门螺杆菌清除率均明显高于三联组(P<0.05)。结论:四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡的临床效果显著。

Objective:To explore the effect of quadruple therapy in the treatment of helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer.Methods:100patients with helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer were selected.They were divided into the quadruple therapy groups and the triple therapy group.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:In the quadruple therapy groups,the total effective rate and clearance rate of helicobacter pylori were significantly higher than the triple therapy group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of quadruple therapy in the treatment of helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer was significant.
