ERCP/EST+LC和开腹胆总管探查术在治疗胆囊结石合并胆总管结石的应用的随机对照研究

Randomized controlled study of ERCP/EST+LC and open common bile duct exploration in the treatment of cholecystolithiasis complicated with choledocholithiasis

目的:探讨ERCP/EST+LC和开腹胆总管探查术治疗胆囊结石合并胆总管结石的效果。方法:收治胆囊合并胆总管结石患者45例,分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用开腹胆总管探查术治疗,观察组采用ERCP/EST+LC治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组手术成功率和并发症发生率均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:ERCP/EST+LC治疗胆囊合并胆总管结石的效果显著。

Objective:To explore the effect of ERCP/EST+LC and open common bile duct exploration in the treatment of cholecystolithiasis complicated with choledocholithiasis.Methods:45patients with cholecystolithiasis complicated with choledocholithiasis were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with open common bile duct exploration.The observation group was treated with ERCP/EST+LC.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the operative success rate and complication rate were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of ERCP/EST+LC in the treatment of cholecystolithiasis complicated with choledocholithiasis was significant.
