以心脏不适为首发症状的38例老年甲亢的临床诊治分析

Clinical diagnosis and treatment of 38 cases of senile hyperthyroidism with cardiac discomfort as the first symptom

目的:本研究收治以心脏不适为首发症状的老年甲亢患者38例,回顾性分析其临床资料。甲亢起病慢,病情隐匿,症状不典型,经改善心肌供血、营养心肌等冠心病治疗无好转,需早行抗甲状腺药物治疗。老年心悸、胸闷、胸痛、心律失常,经久不愈,虽无甲状腺增大、突眼等甲亢的典型临床表现,亦应早做甲状腺功能检查,早期诊断及治疗。

38cases of senile hyperthyroidism with cardiac discomfort as the first symptom were selected,and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Hyperthyroidism onset was slow,the condition was hidden,symptoms were not typical,without improvement after improving myocardial blood supply and nutritional myocardium and other coronary heart disease treatment methods,antithyroid drug therapy should be done.Elderly patients had palpitation,chest tightness,chest pain and arrhythmia,there was no obvious effect after long-term treatment,although there was no enlargement of the thyroid gland,typical clinical manifestations such as hyperthyroidism exophthalmos,thyroid function should also be done as soon as possible,in order to achieve early diagnosis and treatment.
