308nm准分子激光联合他扎罗汀凝胶治疗斑块状银屑病的疗效观察

Effect of 308nm excimer laser combined with tazarotene gel in the treatment of plaque psoriasis

目的:探讨308nm准分子激光联合他扎罗汀凝胶治疗斑块状银屑病的效果。方法:收治斑块状银屑病患者86例,分成激光治疗组、他扎罗汀组及联合治疗组,比较3组的治疗效果。结果:在联合治疗组,皮损面积与严重性指数评分改善幅度和有效率均明显高于其他两组(P<0.05)。结论:308nm准分子激光联合他扎罗汀凝胶治疗斑块状银屑病的效果显著。

Objective:To explore the effect of308nm excimer laser combined with tazarotene gel in the treatment of plaque psoriasis.Methods:86patients with plaque psoriasis were selected.They were divided into the laser treatment group,the tazarotene group and the combined treatment group.We compared the therapeutic effect of3groups.Results:In the combined treatment group,the improvement range of lesion area and severity index scores and effective rate were significantly higher than those of the other two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of308nm excimer laser combined with tazarotene gel in the treatment of plaque psoriasis was significant.
