摘要
目的:探讨左氧氟沙星与莫西沙星治疗肺结核的效果。方法:收治肺结核患者70例,随机分为对照组与试验组,对照组采用左氧氟沙星治疗,试验组采用莫西沙星治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组痰菌转阴率和病灶吸收情况均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:莫西沙星治疗肺结核的效果更好。
Objective:To explore the effect of levofloxacin and moxifloxacin in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods:70patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group was treated with levofloxacin.The experimental group was treated with moxifloxacin.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the sputum negative conversion rate and focus absorption were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Moxifloxacin was more effective in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis.
