摘要目的:探讨中药熏蒸对骨折后期肢体肿胀与关节僵硬的改善效果。方法:收治骨折后期肢体肿胀与关节僵硬患者77例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组采用中药熏蒸治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组临床治疗效果和患者满意度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏蒸对骨折后期肢体肿胀与关节僵硬的改善效果显著。 Objective:To explore the improvement effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on limb swelling and joint stiffness at late fracture.Methods:77patients with limb swelling and joint stiffness at late fracture were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs.The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the clinical treatment effect and patient satisfaction were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The improvement effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on limb swelling and joint stiffness at late fracture was significant.
