Objective:To explore the application value of low-dose CT scanning in the follow-up of adult pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods:800patients with secondary pulmonary tuberculosis and follow-up were selected. They were randomly divided into the single row spiral CT group,the6row spiral CT group,the16row spiral CT group and the GE64row spiral CT group. We compared the examination results. Results:There was no significant difference in the quality of the scanned image(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the acceptable dose of patients with the single row spiral CT,6row spiral CT,16row spiral CT and64row spiral CT.Using a low dose scan, the reduction was60%to80%,and the volume CT dose index of patients was significantly lower than that of conventional scan. Conclusion:Low dose CT scanning can significantly reduce the amount of radiation. There was no significant impact on the diagnostic report.
