摘要
目的:探讨门静脉主干内径增宽在慢性肝炎诊断中的临床意义。方法:受试者分为3组,超声测量门静脉主干内径,比较组间门静脉主干内径检测结果。结果:检验结果差异有统计学意义,门静脉主干内径随着慢性肝炎的进展逐渐增宽。结论:门静脉主干内径增宽在慢性肝炎诊断中有一定的临床意义。
Objective:To explore the clinical significance of the diameter of the main portal vein in the diagnosis of chronic hepatitis.Methods:The subjects were divided into three groups.We measured the diameter of the main portal vein by ultrasonography,and compared the results of the diameter of the main portal vein among the three groups.Results:The results were statistically significant,and the diameter of the main portal vein was gradually widening along with the progress of chronic hepatitis.Conclusion:The increase of the diameter of the main portal vein was of clinical significance in the diagnosis of chronic hepatitis.
