Th17细胞及IL-17表达水平在脊柱结核患者病情发展中的意义分析

Significance of Th17 cells and IL-17 expression level in disease development of patients with spinal tuberculosis

目的:探讨脊柱结核外周血中Th17细胞的数量变化及IL-17表达,寻求治疗新靶点。方法:收治脊柱结核患者30例,选择健康者30例,均检测外周血单核细胞中Th17细胞比例和血浆中IL-17含量。结果:脊柱结核组治疗前Th17细胞数量高于健康组(P<0.05),结核组术后12个月的Th细胞数量和IL-17量较术前明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:Th17细胞和IL-17因子是介导脊柱结核病情发展的重要免疫因素,Th17细胞和IL-17可能是脊柱结核患者在细胞免疫治疗方面的一个新靶点。

Objective:To investigate the changes of Th17cells and the expression of IL-17in peripheral blood of patients with spinal tuberculosis,to find the new targets for treatment.Methods:30patients with spinal tuberculosis were selected,and30healthy subjects were selected.We measured the proportion of Th17cells in monocytes of peripheral blood and IL-17content in plasma.Results:In the spinal tuberculosis group,the number of Th17cells before treatment was higher than that in the healthy group(P<0.05),and the number of Th cells and IL-17at12months after operation was significantly lower than that before operation(P<0.05).Conclusion:Th17cells and IL-17factor were important immune factors in the development of spinal tuberculosis.Th17cells and IL-17may be a new target in the treatment of spinal tuberculosis.
