强化护理策略对减少ICU气管插管患者非计划性拔管的效果分析

Effect of intensive nursing strategy on reducing unplanned extubation in patients with tracheal intubation in ICU

目的:探讨护理策略在减少ICU气管插管患者非计划性拔管(UEX)中的应用效果。方法:收治ICU气管插管患者80例,分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用相关的护理策略,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组UEX发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对ICU气管插管患者强化护理策略,可明显降低UEX发生率。

Objective:To explore the effect of intensive nursing strategy on reducing unplanned extubation(UEX)in patients with tracheal intubation in ICU.Methods:80patients with tracheal intubation in ICU were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given routine care.The observation group was given the relevant nursing strategies.We compared the nursing effect of two groups.Results:The incidence of UEX in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intensive nursing strategy for patients with tracheal intubation in ICU can significantly reduce the incidence of UEX.
